1. Acceptance of These Terms

By opting in to the GyroVille Doral Text Alerts (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not enroll or text with the Service.

2. Program Description

The Service delivers order-ready notifications, limited-time offers, and loyalty updates for the GyroVille restaurant located at 2801 NW 87th Ave Suite 2, Doral, FL 33172. Messages are sent from our A2P-registered 10-digit long code or other registered numbers (collectively, the “Sender”). Message frequency varies but will not exceed 5 marketing texts per week unless you initiate additional conversation.

3. Opt-In & Consent

You may join by:

• Texting START to the Sender number.

• Filling out an in-store form.or online sign-up form.
• Filling out an online sign-up form found on https://gyrovillemiami.com

By doing so, you provide express written consent for GyroVille Doral to send recurring automated marketing and transactional texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Opt-Out

Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text stating that you will receive no further messages.

Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian permission) and reside in the United States.

The Service supports major U.S. wireless carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Cricket, MetroPCS) and many smaller/regional carriers.

Participation may vary by carrier and device.

9. Privacy

10. Your Responsibilities

You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and will promptly notify us of any change. You agree not to use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes and to comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee message timeliness, accuracy, or availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GyroVille Doral and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via text or on our website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or carrier/industry rules.
